With this kind of experience already in place, Elite Security Forces LLC does not have to worry about a steep learning curve, or any kind of on the job training that is traditional with new players in the field. All Guards receive the security officer training which includes the state of Connecticut required 8 hour training. This includes basic first aid, search and seizure laws and regulations, use of force, criminal justice and public safety issues. In addition to the mandatory 8 hour training, Elite Security Forces LLC also requires security officers to attend an additional custom course. This course covers more interpersonal skills, report writing, ethics, self defense, and first impressions.
Supervisor personnel are also trained in supervisory leadership, conflict management & resolution, customer relations, surveillance, self defense, and work place violence prevention.
